Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To secure your Mining Group Reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This
deposit is non-refundable and guarantees your Group rate, Food packages, and Mining
packages for the dates selected.

Deposit Requirements

• A deposit of a designated percentage of the total reservation will be charged at the time of
  booking.
• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
• The deposit will be calculated as follows:
• $100 or 50% of the total charge, whichever is greater up to a $250 cap.
• If the total charge is less than $100 the total charge will be collected as the
  deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled
  arrival date.
• All deposits are non-refundable inside 7 days, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Failure to arrive on your scheduled reservation date (no-show) will result in cancellation
  of your reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Changes to Reservations

• Reservation dates must be modified a minimum of 7 days prior to original reservation,
  subject to availability.
• The original deposit remains non-refundable and will be applied to the updated
  reservation.

Exceptions

• No exceptions will be made for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or other
  unforeseen circumstances.
• By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Deposit
  Policy.
